Latest Project

Today, I finished up a quilting project. It's a casserole carrier that you can take to parties, picnics, or potlucks. I chose a maroon color for the outside and a coffee color for the trim. It has an opening on both ends for carrying. Take a look.

On the inside it has a nice area for a 9x13 standard casserole. Underneath this area is a pocket for a hot or cold pack or any extra supplies you may want to take along with you.

There are 2 elastic loops for utensils on one side. It ties together nicely with ties.

It came out great and it was a lot fun to make.

Cool! Did you do it in a class at Fields? Or find a pattern?

How useful. It turned out so nice.
You are an inspiration for new things.

It was a class at Fields; a lady there came up with it and is in the process of having it published.
